I am on day 3 of a liquid diet along with protein shakes with tons of vitamins to try and detox my body. I have gained a mass amount of weight and have found that I get so bloated (I look 9 months pregnant most of the time) and just gave up trying to be healthy because no matter what I eat I am exhausted and sick 90% of the time. I am a nurse by profession but recently took a leave of absence mainly because of the embarrassment of past patients no longer recognizing me because I am so heavy and bloated. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease along with a severe meat allergy...honestly (I thought) out of the blue 2 years ago and it keeps getting more severe. I am sensitive to oxygen at times I think. (Lol...but truly not at all funny.) I had a pituitary adenoma removed in Feb. of 2008 with complications including severe migraines and seizures for 8 straight months. I have not felt right since. A.) my tumor went undiagnosed for way too long and it inevitably ended up “trashing” my thyroid. I knew I was sick but kept getting put on a pharmacy of psych meds and antidepressants by a Doctor in MI that I blame. I am reaching out to you because I am now advocating for ME and wondering if you have any input. I am no longer on all those damn meds that literally almost killed me. So my question is, is it normal to feel like I am going through withdrawals (????) of some sort since I started my cleanse? I am jittery, my entire body hurts, and I absolutely can not sleep. Will it get better?

I just wanted to add that I RARELY get migraines anymore and I have a seizure MAYBE every 6 months now. So that I am v thankful for. The only thing I have taken for pain since 2009 is Aleve, essential oils (in moderation because I am still learning) and I use ice packs and heating pads. Can you help me?
